I started going to Aisla as she was recommended to me by a family friend. I'm a student and sought support from my uni,... the uni had been slow and unresponsive, so I looked for help more locally. I'm note quite sure where to start on this one...Ailsa is truly amazing at her job and it wouldn't be an understatement... to say that she has changed my life. Ailsa's techniques, advice and working methods are scientifically backed (which really appeals to me) and have an instant impact. On our initial phone call I felt able to confide in her straight away and knew she was the one for me. Ailsa's work during the sessions (particularly BWRT) is truly remarkable and I trusted her wholeheartedly. The skills she teaches for how to maintain the results and develop your mindset outside of the therapy room, are also second to none. If you're sat debating whether or not to pick up the phone and give Ailsa a call, just do it :) I cried with relief as soon as I'd spoken to her and have not looked back since.
