Ailsa is amazing at what she does, having suffered from anxiety and depression, amongst other things, for a long time she's really helped me "re-frame" how I see the world, and myself. Can't thank her enough for all help and support she's given me.

I started going to Aisla as she was recommended to me by a family friend. I'm a student and sought support from my uni, the uni had been slow and unresponsive, so I looked for help more locally. I can honestly say Aisla has helped me more in two sessions than my uni has in the past three months. As it was my first time going to therapy, I felt very comfortable and walked out of sessions feeling as though a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I couldn't recommend her enough, lovely person and her techniques have worked a dream for me.

I was recommended to see Ailsa from a friend of mine. During the course of just over two weeks, we had completed an initial telephone consultation, followed by three face to face sessions. I feel that her compassionate and caring approach, coupled with some groundbreaking therapy techniques, have completely transformed my mindset on how to effectively deal with some extremely painful emotions that were buried deep in my psyche. Thank you Ailsa. Thoroughly recommended!

I'm note quite sure where to start on this one...Ailsa is truly amazing at her job and it wouldn't be an understatement to say that she has changed my life. Ailsa's techniques, advice and working methods are scientifically backed (which really appeals to me) and have an instant impact. On our initial phone call I felt able to confide in her straight away and knew she was the one for me. Ailsa's work during the sessions (particularly BWRT) is truly remarkable and I trusted her wholeheartedly. The skills she teaches for how to maintain the results and develop your mindset outside of the therapy room, are also second to none. If you're sat debating whether or not to pick up the phone and give Ailsa a call, just do it :) I cried with relief as soon as I'd spoken to her and have not looked back since. Thank you so much Ailsa, I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with you and cannot believe the difference you've made to all aspects of my life. 10/10. Xx

Ailsa has been a fantastic support over the last few months. I initially sought help with weight management and ended up seeking help for anxiety and depression as well. Ailsa is extremely easy to talk to enabling me to speak freely in all of our sessions. If needed, I would not hesitate to contact Ailsa in the future for further treatment.
