Hi, I’m Ailsa
I'm a hypnotherapist, BWRT practitioner and psychotherapist based in Northwich, Cheshire, with over 25 years of experience helping people feel like themselves again, combining different therapeutic approaches to fit with what works best for you.
I believe therapy doesn't have to feel formal or intimidating. My style is warm, relaxed and completely non-judgmental, sessions should feel more like a conversation than a clinical appointment.
So, whether you're a busy professional, a stressed parent, a teenager struggling to cope, or anyone in between, if something doesn't feel right, I'd love to help.
